With over 30 years of industry experience, the management team at NCPS has considerable experience in the planning, implementation and management of parking system and controls.
Jason started his career in car parking with one of the largest operators in the world as a Duty Manager at Heathrow Airport, London. He progressed through several management levels to become initially General Manager of the new Dublin on-street contract in 1998 then the Managing Director of the Irish operation within that company.
Jason acquired NCPS after coming on board as Managing Director back in 2000. This company now realises a turnover of €15M and the company employs 130 staff. Jason has been an active Director of the Irish Parking Association since 1999 and Chairman from 2006-2008 and then Treasurer from 2008 – 2012.
Ann is a highly motivated business leader with a 25 year successful track record. She progressively advanced through the Hotel, Catering and Service industry to the level of MD and owner. She specialised in start-up and turnaround projects for demanding owners and investors. She is a self-starter with a passion for customer service delivery and bottom-line performance.
Ann has revolutionized the methods and systems used in NCPS to more efficiently secure and operate the business through the upgrading and implementation of new technologies. She has also introduced new staff training and accountability, resulting in higher productivity and a more cost-effective outcome. Ann has held several positions in NCPS over the past 6 years including Client Liaison Manager, Sales & Operations Manager and now Operation Director & MD Designate.
Tom is responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the organization. He is involved in all activities relating to marketing, sales, product development and customer service to drive business growth and market share. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Tom is primarily concerned with ensuring the integrated commercial success of the group.
The role combines his technical knowledge of the parking industry with strong marketing and business development skills.
A Science graduate of UCC with a post graduate qualification in Business & Financial Information Systems, Tom is very much focused on advancing the use of technology within the parking industry to improve efficiencies and to provide real time reporting information for all NCPS’ clients. He is also the current Chairman of the British Parking Association’s N.Ireland Group
Victor is a graduate of DCU (Accounting & Finance) and a fellow member of the ACCA, who joined NCPS in 2007 from the Mercer Accommodation Group prior to which he was Finance Director of Business Travel International (BTI) Ireland. Victor fronts the entire accounts and back office department for the NCPS group.
Victor’s service orientated background is used to enhance the accountancy practices and IT systems in support of NCPS’s organic growth and expansion plans. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2010, becoming an integral part of the organisation.
Paraic Doyle, General Manager – RDS
Paraic Doyle joins NCPS with overall responsibility for multi storey car parks and the RDS. Paraic has strong operational and business skill – with over 30 years in strategic planning, business development, project management and operational effectiveness within the hospitality industry – which he now brings to NCPS.
Joan Sreenan is a UCC Degree qualified car park management professional with a track record of business growth and client confidence at every level. Joan’s strength lies in technical based business sales and client liaison; her operations and management skills have supported fiscal growth and viability in projects Joan has worked on.
Liz Smyth, Contracts Manager
Liz Smyth joins NCPS with over 11 years experience in the parking industry. Degree qualified, from UCD, her core skills are in management, operations, client relationship management, training, quality, H&S, continuous improvement and change management.
Having managed large and small contracts alike within her career Liz’s role within NCPS is to manage the new multi storey car park operations in Exchange Hall and Tallaght Retail Centre.
Attila joins NCPS with over five years experience in the parking industry. He is degree qualified from UL (Economics) and UD (Supply Chain) and brings his PRINCE2 project management and operational improvements experience to multi-storey car parks and the RDS.
Michelle has been with NCPS for over 7 years, with previous experience in the medical and hospitality industries with a focus in operations coordination and customer care. Her key roles within NCPS lie in client services, day to day operational duties, operation analysis and supporting the Operations Director & MD Designate.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant with over eight years’ experience in practice and industry. He joins NCPS having come from Doosan, a Fortune 500 company; here he was the lead Accountant with the responsibility of a number of foreign based entities.
Aisling is a graduate of DCU; Bachelor of Business Studies and specialised in Finance. She is studying to be ACCA qualified. Aisling joined NCPS 5 years ago and is an integral part of the Accounts department. Her key roles within NCPS are the client revenue reporting and enforcement accounting.
Nicola is a focus-driven HR professional and experienced PA with an active part in the management team within NCPS. She joined the company over 9 years ago as an administrator and through hard work and third level education is now the Head of HR / PA to the CEO.
Her areas of responsibility cover all aspects of HR including recruitment, training, development, contracts, policies, insurance, H&S, alongside many more responsibilities within the company. Nicola is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), has a BA in Human Resource Management from NCI College, and is currently studying towards a Master’s Degree in HRM from NCI.
Corinne is the newest member to the NCPS management team, joining NCPS as Sales Manager. She brings over 20 years Sales, Business Development and Customer Liaison experience, with experience across a variety of sectors, including FMCG, Healthcare and Services, from SME to Corporate.
Corinne will be working closely with Ann Byrne, Operations Director, within the sales function, and will be providing client support from a sales perspective.
