i). Details of Parking Charges:

There is an unsupervised long-stay Public "Pay & Display" Car Park adjacent to the Terminal Building, which is independently managed by NCPS. The parking charge is €1 per hour, but there are special concessionary rates of €5 per day and €25 per week for longer stays. You can pay in cash (coins or notes) or by credit or debit card. If you extend your stay abroad you can extend your prepaid parking over the telephone by calling +353 818 555 000 or by emailing control@ncps.ie.

ii). Location of Pay Machines

The location of the pay machines are well signed – for short term parkers there are four Pay and Display Machines which accept coin in the different sections of the car park and these are located by the pedestrian walkways through the car park

For Long Stay Parkers there are two machines on the pathway into the Terminal Building. One Machine accepts Coin and Notes and the other accepts Credit Card Payments.

iii). Set Down Areas

The Set down areas are clearly marked and are designed to facilitate drop off and pick up only. The 15 minute time limit is strictly enforced and to avoid the inconvenience of being clamped motorsist should park in the car park if they are likely to be longer that 15 minutes.

iv). Clamping and De-Clamping Procedures & Charges

If you are clamped don’t panic! Full instructions of how to remove the clamp will be on your vehicle – the penalty is €120 including VAT. Our call centre operates 24/7 and payment of fines can be made by credit/debit card or in cash to the patrol officer.

If you appeal and are unsuccessful you have the write to go to an independent appeals service and full information on this process will be provided at the appeals stage.

The rules and regulations of the site are very clear however and if you follow the signage then you won’t be clamped!
