Gerry Callaghan, Operations and Finance Manager (PEA Ltd.)
Gerry Callaghan joins NCPS as Operations and Finance Manager with responsibility for their Northern Ireland Operations, PEA Ltd., which is currently undergoing a major expansion program in multi storey car parks.
Gerry, a qualified Accountant, has 30 years experience in the parking industry. He was Finance Director for Q-Park Ireland and also spent two years as their Head of Operations before joining NCPS.
Paraic Doyle, General Manager – RDS & Multi Storey Car Parks
Paraic Doyle joins NCPS with overall responsibility for multi storey car parks and the RDS. Paraic has strong operational and business skill spanning over 30 years in the hospitality industry, skills which he now brings to NCPS.

yth, Contracts Manager
Liz Smyth joins NCPS with over 11 years experience in the parking industry. Degree qualified, from UCD, her core skills are in management, operations, client relationship management, training, quality, H&S, continuous improvement and change management.
Having managed large and small contracts alike within her career Liz’s role within NCPS is to manage the new multi storey car park operations in Exchange Hall and Tallaght Retail Centre.
