2015 marked the introduction of Zatpark to NCPS.
We have switched over to a new system database which integrates all of our sites, permits, appeals and reports as well staff and client information under the one platform.
This new system allows our drivers to perform their duties and receive daily tasks all through an application on their mobile phones. It is integrated with our company website so that all appeals will be submitted directly to the appropriate team members and all permits applied for can be dealt with accordingly.
Zatpark has changed the dynamics of the working environment in NCPS and the transition has proved to be a worthy one marking significant improvements in workflow and communications internally and externally.
